  1965 – Foundation in the North-East The family initiated its journey in the timber sector with the establishment of a Veneer & Sawmill in Assam.

  1995 – Expansion into Sivasagar A second sawmill was set up in Sivasagar District, strengthening the group’s operations in the North-East.

  1996 – Entry into Nagaland A combined sawmill and veneer manufacturing facility was launched in Nagaland. Operational challenges due to revised Government of India policies eventually led to its closure.

  1998 – Transition to Delhi; Start of Trading The business shifted to Delhi, marking the beginning of structured trading in core veneer and face veneer.

  2002 – Establishment in Yamuna Nagar SHREE BALAJI VENEER, was established in Yamunanagar—India’s plywood hub.

  2008 – Incorporation of Noble Veneerz Pvt. Ltd. Noble Veneerz Pvt. Ltd. (NVPL) was formally incorporated, consolidating decades of industry experience under a single brand with a professional identity.

  2012– International Procurement from Myanmar The company entered global sourcing through consistent procurement from Myanmar, building long-term supplier partnerships.

  Today, NVPL stands as a progressive, sourcing-driven, quality-focused organisation with a strong domestic and international footprint.
